Check availability of C2, C3, C4 or C5 clearance classes

Values: ISO 5753-1 Values are valid for unmounted bearings under zero measuring load, with no misalignment, no axial displacement between the inner and outer rings and the rollers centred.
Axial displacement of one bearing ring relative to the other reduces the radial internal clearance. Typical clearance window → diagram 1.

Permissible misalignment


For misalignment > 0,5°, contact the SKF application engineering service.

The actual internal clearance can limit the possible axial displacement. Misalignment reduces the possible axial displacement. For details, refer to Verification of axial displacement.
