One reason for this strong relationship is the fact that we give all employees an opportunity to develop personally. A specific example of this is the annual performance review, to which all employees are entitled. We furthermore offer training programmes that deal with a variety of different aspects. These programmes range from specialist qualifications (e.g. in the engineering area) through to seminars on developing leadership skills right up to training aimed at expanding personal skills (e.g. conducting negotiations or time management).
