Compact cross tables TLM
TLM are cross tables combining very high guiding accuracy of precision rail guides with very high accuracy of linear motor drives. They were initially designed for measurement and laser applications.
The tables consist of three square frame units, the top, the centre and the base with central viewing holes. For easy mounting, there are predefined interfaces in top and base.
TLM uses two direct driven linear motors. The ironless linear motor provides non-contact and force ripple (cogging) free drive system. An integrated linear encoder is used for precise positioning in µm range.
