Holly - Business Development
Holly has enjoyed 13 years at SKF in a number of roles that have encompassed management, strategy development, leadership and coaching. She is currently Director of Segment Management at our Xi’an office in China and when asked what first attracted her to SKF as an employer, her answer was immediate.

Run us through your career so far.
"My career has been as varied as it has been challenging! Before taking my current position, I had 6 years in a segment and regional sales positions and 3 years in a regional sales manager position developing the sales network in the Northwest area. The position also involved close cooperation and development of our relationship with one of the largest wind turbine manufacturers in the world. During this period I was also responsible for establishing SKF regional offices in Urumqi, Taiyuan and Zhengzhou. After this I enjoyed 2 years in a segment managing position, during which I worked closely with the global segment team to develop the mining segment business in China."
Based on your own extensive experience within the company, how would you describe SKF’s culture?
