At the MillerCoors in Fort Worth Brewery, Kirk is responsible for driving Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, & Safety (RAMS) for new assets and as well as facilitating development of Reli-ability Centered Maintenance (RCM) for new and existing assets. Kirk chairs the Asset Care and Lubrication Steering Committees to help develop short and long term strategies, drive continuous improvement and management of change for plant maintenance and serves as best practice champion for Asset Management and Autonomous Maintenance for the brewery’s World Class Manufacturing journey. He also directs a growing Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program and has helped developed one of the most successful programs within the MillerCoors network. Kirk is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and holds Level 2 certifications in Vibration Analysis and Thermography, and Level 1 certifications in Ultrasound, ICML Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT) & Machinery Lubrication Analyst (MLA).
