Standard repair service includes parts and labor necessary to get your product back into working order.





Experience peace of mind with SKF's full-service calibration testing. An official calibration certificate from SKF will accompany your product after service.  As part of this offering, expert SKF technicians will tidy up your unit and fix/replace the following 'external wear' components as needed: external connectors, pop-out plastic lens, external seals on keypad, battery contacts, and other minor components on casing or keypad which may need to be cleaned or replaced as a result of normal wear and tear.




This full service offering means your product will undergo full calibration testing after repair is completed. This includes the parts and labor needed to get your product back into working order again.  Experience peace of mind knowing your equipment will be returned with an official calibration certificate from your SKF service center.  Also, as part of this service, our technicians will tidy up your unit and fix/repair the following 'external wear' components as needed: external connectors, pop-out plastic lens, external seals around keypad, battery contacts, and other minor components on the casing or keypad which may need to be cleaned or replaced as a result of normal wear and tear.


APM service is only available on select products with SKF Product Support Plan (PSP) coverage

This service includes a full system functionality check and shaker test, 69-point Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) test, route verification, replacement of damaged connectors, and battery replacement*. All contacts and keypad cleaned and repaired, pop-out lens polished or replaced, ISO calibration. Calibration readings before and after maintenance are taken in accordance with ISO 10012:2003.



This service includes a full system functionality check, 832- point Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) test and 36 point manual test, and battery replacement*. All contacts and keypad cleaned and repaired, pop-out lens polished or replaced, ISO calibration on measuring heads. Calibration readings before and after maintenance are taken in accordance with ISO 10012:2003.


Are you requesting battery replacement with your APM service?*

Being an environmentally-conscious company, SKF has a firm commitment to minimizing waste and increasing recycling. Upon request only, a replacement battery will be provided with the SKF Microlog Analyzer Annual Preventative Maintenance (APM) service. (Batteries for legacy products available only while supplies last.)

Loaner equipment is reserved exclusively for Product Support Plan (PSP) customers only; available upon request and subject to current availability.  

A loaner agreement form will be sent to the email address provided.  It must be signed and returned to SKF before any loaner product is shipped.

Attention Microlog Analyzer customers on firmware v3.07 or earlier     

         (only applies to models CMXA 45, CMXA 48, CMXA 75, and CMXA 80)

In 2013, SKF announced the availability of major firmware update v4.0, compatible with active Microlog Analyzer products.  One of the more obvious and perhaps significant changes introduced in v4.0 was a completely re-designed, more intuitive user interface - which meant even the long-time Microlog Analyzer users had to become familiar again with its look and feel (and functionality changes).  As one might expect, a slight learning curve was normal - especially considering the full list of changes included in the release.  Having said that, SKF highly recommends that any Microlog Analyzer users on v3.07 or earlier wishing to upgrade, click HERE.first to review each change n detail and prepare as needed.

Note: Microlog Analyzers with serial numbers before 1210XXX will require a hardware modification in order to use 3-channel plus tacho support for the Run Up Coast Down and Recorder modules.  The hardware modification is free of charge for units with PSP coverage.  Otherwise without coverage, this modification would be considered a normal billable repair.

Your replacement battery will be installed and returned with your device.  If your Microlog Analyzer is shipped to us with a battery installed and you've requested a replacement, then the old battery will be recycled.
