Performance monitoring and reporting

SKF compiles comprehensive employee and workplace statistics. This data includes regional and global information on accidents, gender diversity in local management, trade union representation and employee retention.

Collecting and analysing this data allows us to monitor our own performance closely, create accurate reports and ultimately, shape future strategy that will further improve our work in Employee Care.

Data collection

Employee data, except accident rate, is submitted by human resource departments or assigned Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Country Coordinators once a year. The information is reviewed by country HR directors before submitting to SKF Group.

Accident rates are submitted by EHS Site Coordinators, aggregated to country/Division, and Group level.
