SKF Multilog DMx Manager configuration and data display software (CMSW 6200)
SKF Multilog DMx Manager software provides comprehensive transducer, data processing and alarm configuration in a user friendly interface. The software also provides live display of scalar value, time-waveform, FFT and orbit data from SKF Multilog DMx module monitor channels. For more comprehensive condition monitoring and analysis needs, an interface into SKF’s @ptitude Monitoring Suite is available.
CMSS 690 absolute shaft vibration (ASv) interface
fig 1) interface is an accessory interface device designed to provide absolute shaft vibration measurement capability for vibration monitor systems that do not offer this functionality. It enhances vibration monitor systems that do offer the absolute shaft vibration measurement, but lack access to raw sensor signals for external data acquisition devices. The CMSS 690 is an interface; it does not provide any protection or condition monitoring functionality.
CMSS 500 series of machine condition transmitters (MCT)
fig 2) convert part of the input signal to a 4-20 mA output proportional to the overall measurement and can be directly interfaced to an existing process control system (PLC or DCS). Combining transmitters with a programmable logic controller (PLC) or a distributed control system (DCS) results in a high density, low cost vibration monitoring system.

CMCP 500 series monitors
fig 3) are compatible with vibration and temperature inputs; they provide a 4-20 mA output proportional to the overall measurement. Each unit provides power for the associated transducer, processes the signal to determine overall amplitude and outputs a 4-20 mA DC current that is proportional to a user specified range, such as 0-10 mils or 0-0.5 in/sec.
