SKF Microlog Analyzer GX Series - CMXA 75
Developed for maintenance engineers in a range of industries, the SKF Microlog Analyzer GX series are high performance, one to three channel, route-based portable data collectors/FFT analyzers. Three-channel, simultaneous triaxial input with separate tachometer input enables faster and more comprehensive data collection, without adding more collection time.
With a robust, high-speed data processor, the SKF Microlog CMXA 75 model captures full feature route and non-route dynamic (vibration) and static (process) measurements from many sources. The SKF Microlog GX series is shipped with the full SKF Microlog suite of modules installed. To add additional functionality, units can be upgraded to more advanced models; simply purchase the module and enter the supplied license key.

The intrinsically safe SKF Microlog Analyzer CMXA 51-IS is a rugged and portable, handheld instrument that allows for the collection of vibration, process and dynamic data in hazardous environments. With ATEX Zone 0 certification, the SKF Microlog CMXA 51-IS is ideal for proactive maintenance programs within petrochemical, oil and gas facilities, water treatment or pharmaceutical plants, or any plant where potentially explosive atmospheres prevent the use of all but the most highly certified electronic instrumentation.

The SKF Microlog Advisor Pro is a versatile, stand-alone instrument combining the functionality of several instruments into one hand-held device. With an intuitive user interface, the SKF Microlog Advisor Pro gives maintenance, service and quality inspection technicians on-the-spot, fast and easy to understand machine condition diagnosis. This "stand-alone" device does not rely on prior measurement data and does not require advanced PdM software. As a result, users can immediately benefit from a proactive maintenance approach without the need for vibration expertise or prior setup of an advanced PdM route-based system.

Using acoustic enveloping technology, the SKF Idler Sound Monitor distinguishes between the sounds of a good idler and a faulty one. The Idler Sound Monitor has a simple to understand "traffic light" visual display and headphones with audible condition alarm for detection of faults. The kit includes a microphone and connector cable encased in a rugged handheld parabola.
