Enhancing competencies

To enable employees to respond to challenges in the workplace and across functions, SKF Logistics Services has instituted a competence management process which includes exchange programs, job rotation, mentoring and coaching programs.

 

Demand Chain Academy

Through ongoing education, we empower individuals and teams to contribute to the management and development of our business.  Central to these efforts will be the SKF Logistics Services Demand Chain Academy.  This program will provide training in all aspects of the SKF Logistics Services business including logistics infrastructure development, warehousing, transport management, packaging , inventory management, project management, information and communications technology, procurement, account management, human resources management, and more.
