Loaded U Cup

Heavy-duty rod seal for most hydraulic service applications. Excellent dry rod performance. Available in many sizes. Lubrithane® U-1003 is a tough 95 shore A Polyurethane material ideal for demanding seal applications up to 200ºF in most hydraulic fluids. It has high strength and abrasion resistance to provide excellent seal life. Also Available in high temperature urethane and thermoset materials.

O-ring loaded U-Cup

Heavy-duty rod seal for most hydraulic service applications. Excellent dry rod performance. Available in many sizes. Lubrithane® U-1003 is a tough 95 shore A Polyurethane material ideal for demanding seal applications up to 200ºF in most hydraulic fluids. It has high strength and abrasion resistance to provide excellent seal life. Also Available in high temperature urethane and thermoset materials.

Z Seal

Heavy-duty rod seal for applications requiring low friction and service at extreme temperatures. Elastomeric lip for sealability combined with high modulus for extrusion resistance and toughness. A-8504 extreme temperature NBR is an excellent choice for low set and extreme cold weather service. It is serviceable up to 265ºF in many seal applications and up to 212ºF when combined with U-1003 components. Available in dozens of material combinations.

HZ Seal

Elastomer rod seal for zero leakage applications. Used for low pressure applications. Available in small cross-sections. A-8502 80A NBR is developed to provide an optimum of long term seal set resistance and hardness required to handle moderate fluid power pressures. Also available in HNBR, Carboxylated Nitrile and FKM.

N4/N5 U Cup

Elastomeric U-Cup for pneumatic applications. Available in numerous materials for increased wear and temperature. A-8502 80A NBR is developed to provide an optimum of long term seal set resistance and hardness required to handle moderate fluid power pressures. Also available in Carboxylated Nitrile and FKM.

ZBR Seal

Heavy-duty rod seal for most hydraulic cylinders. Ideally suited for mobile fluid power cylinders for compact size, durability and performance. U-1023 HP Lubrithane® is a 93 shore A category Polyurethane that is formulated for service up to 250ºF in most hydraulic fluids. It has improved set resistance at all temperatures for long life and performance.

DZ Seal

Heavy-duty rod seal for applications requiring low friction and service at extreme temperatures. Elastomeric lip for sealability combined with high modulus for extrusion resistance and toughness. A-8504 extreme temperature NBR is an excellent choice for low set and extreme cold weather service. It is serviceable up to 265ºF in many seal applications and up to 212ºF when combined with U-1003 components. Available in dozens of material combinations.

DZR Seal

Heavy-duty rod seal for extreme temperature and pressure applications. Elastomer lip for zero leakage combined with high modulus base for toughness and polyamide anti extrusion ring. Available in dozens of material combinations.

KR Seal

Tough Polyurethane pneumatic rod seal. Increased service life with low friction characteristics. Lubrithane® U-1003 is a tough 95 shore A Polyurethane material that is ideal for demanding seal applications up to 200ºF. It has high strength and abrasion resistance to provide excellent seal life.

UBR Seal

Heavy-duty rod seal for most hydraulic cylinders. Ideally suited for mobile fluid power cylinders for compact size, durability and performance. U-1023 HP Lubrithane® is a 93 shore A Polyurethane that is formulated for service up to 250ºF in most hydraulic fluids. It has improved set resistance at all temperatures for long life and performance.

Spectraseal ®

PTFE seal for extreme conditions where conventional elastomeric seals can't be used. Used in corrosive media, extreme temperatures and high surface speeds.
