Jeremy worked for Credit Suisse First Boston’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group. In January 2002, Jeremy was approached by his father to assist in a family business that had recently undergone major changes and was struggling to stay afloat.  Jeremy promised to help his father in the short term, and 11 years later, Jeremy is still at Acme Corrugated Box.  Over his 11 years at Acme, Jeremy has been a production supervisor, maintenance supervisor, purchasing manager as well as, plant engineer and facilities manager.During his  tenure, he has installed more than $15 million of new and used capital equipment.  Furthermore, he has instituted, from the ground up, a CMMS system that includes asset tracking, scheduled work order tasks, as well as KPI’s to score his department.  Jeremy also led a substantial effort at the company to institute PdM techniques such as IR Thermography Scanning, Tribology for gear and hydraulic systems, vibration analysis as well as scheduled OEM visits.
