About the speaker:

Shortly after graduating from the University of Birmingham, UK (MSc Operations Management) and Czech University of Life Sciences (PhD in Optimization of machinery replacement), Mr. Tomáš Hladík started as consultant in LOGIO s.r.o., a supply chain management Tomáš Hladík Logio consultancy. He joined the Czech Maintenance Society (CSPU) and represented CSPU in the General Assembly of the European Federation of Maintenance Societies (EFNMS). Between 2009 and 2012 he chaired the European Training Committee, a professional working group within the EFNMS. He also stayed in touch with academia acting as a lecturer and researcher at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. Throughout his consulting career, he has worked on a number of projects for major Czech and international clients in automotive, power generation, petrochemical and FMCG industries. Besides of logistics and SCM solutions, Tomáš Hladík managed projects in the field of asset management, turnaround planning and spare parts optimization for clients like Unipetrol/PKN Orlen, EZ, Valeo, Volkswagen, Continental and Skanska. On top of spare parts management, Tomáš Hladík specialized in dynamic simulations, lean manufacturing and maintenance management.
