SKF Client Needs Analysis - Lubrication Management (CNA-LM) is an SKF tool used to assess and benchmark the maturity of your clients' lubrication management practices.

The CNA-LM follows the same methodology as the SKF Client Needs Analysis - Asset Management: 40 questions grouped into the 4 sets of 10 questions, each set reflecting a basic facet of the Asset Efficiency Optimization (AEO) process: Strategize / Identify / Control / Execute. The SKF Client Needs Analysis assesses each of these areas and compares it to industry benchmarks. The benchmark identifies where the customer is strong and potential gaps for improvement.
