Three strategic distributor agreements signed

2014 July 01, 09:00 GMT

SKF has agreed three separate, long term SKF Lubrication Systems Distributor agreements with Harrison Lubrication Engineering Ltd (HLE) of Bolton, Halomec Ltd of Stroud and Group HES Lubemec Division of Gloucester, covering the SKF automatic lubrication systems product ranges. The agreements include the SKF, Lincoln and Spandau brands across the UK industrial and mobile markets.
Tim Veal, SKF Lubrication Sales Unit Manager, based in Banbury confirmed that he was delighted to have made these distributor agreements commenting, “When SKF acquired Lincoln over three years ago it was SKF’s strategy to identify and work with the best distributors to service each market, and these UK-based distributors were the obvious choice.” Tim continued, “Not only because we had previous good working relationships with each of them, but because they are recognised as lubrication experts with a real pedigree.
It is great to have formalised these long term relationships, and now they have the two strongest lubrication equipment brands at their disposal, along with their own expert knowledge and service. This provides a powerful formula to service the UK marketplace and the customers will definitely benefit from this. SKF look forward to launching its new innovations and products in conjunction with these companies to further strengthen SKF’s leading global position in lubrication systems.”
