SKF and Lincoln automatic lubrication systems for construction equipment
Increase reliability and machine uptime
To correctly lubricate a machine manually can take 30 minutes per day. Automatic lubrication systems deliver the exact quantity of the appropriate lubricant, to the right place, at the right time, while the machine is running.
Systems help to extend service life, reduce operational and lubricant costs, minimise environmental impact by avoiding over-greasing and help to prevent contamination. In fact, lubricant consumption can be reduced by up to 50%.

Lincoln Centro-Matic systems for large equipment
Systems can service one machine, different zones on machines, or even several separate machines. Regardless of the application, the central pump station automatically delivers lubricant through a single supply line to the injectors. Each injector serves only one lubrication point and may be accurately adjusted to deliver the precise amount of grease or oil as required. Centro-Matic systems can be designed with air-operated, electric, manual or hydraulic pumps. Click here to download a catalogue.
SKF Multilube lubrication system for harsh operating conditions
A compact pumping unit with its own reservoir for single-, dual-line and progressive lubrication systems. The system is suitable for different lubricants: greases from NLGI 000 to NLGI 2 as well as oils. SKF Multilube can be controlled and monitored by an integrated control unit or by a separate control centre. Click here to download a brochure.
SKF ProFlex progressive lubrication systems for small and mid-size equipment
Designed for up to 150 lubrication points for oil, semi-fluid grease and hard grease NLGI grades 000 to 2; or combine with parallel flow limiters to serve more than 1,000 lubrication points with oil. A feed pump or flow limiter supplies lubricant to the distributor that serves each outlet, progressively, with a defined amount of lubricant. Each distributor outlet can also serve a secondary distributor that divides the amount into smaller portions for progressive delivery to their outlets. To control the system’s function, only one metering piston has to be controlled on a frequency basis. Click here for more information.
SKF hydraulic-driven lubricator HS04 for hydraulic hammers
The lubricator is fitted directly on the hammer and delivers optimised lubrication during operation, eliminating the need for complicated and time-consuming manual re-lubrication procedures. An additional advantage is that this solution reduces the need for the operator to work outside of the cabin. The pump is driven by the hydraulic oil itself. Click here for more information.
