Condition monitoring

SNL housings in the 30, 31 and 32 series have appropriate positions for condition monitoring sensors (fig. 1).
Postition 1 is a measurement point perpendicular to the shaft and should be used when loads act away from the support surface.
Position 2 is a measurement point perpendicular to the shaft and should be used when loads act toward the support surface.
Position 3 is a measurement point parallel to the shaft and should be used when loads act toward the support surface.
All three positions are in accordance with ISO 10816-1:1995.
