Gear pumps

Gear pumps consist of one driving and one driven gear seated on play-free bearings in a pressure-tight pump housing.

Because the volume of the chamber increases, thereby creating a vacuum, the lubricant is sucked into the area where the gears disengage from each other. In the gear chambers, the fluid is pumped to the other side in the direction of rotation and is pushed away/displaced when the gears mesh (reduction in volume).

These lubricant delivery pumps without pressure relief fixtures are designed for continuous operation in oil circulating and hydrostatic lubrication systems.

In the table you can find the technical details of the gear pump units.
