    SKF LLT profile rail guides from SKF Motion Technologies, Inc. have been uniquely designed to deliver smooth running performance, high repeatability, ideal precision and accuracy, and long service life with minimal maintenance for a wide range of linear guiding system applications. Their modular design integrating standard cost-effective components readily allows for customization to meet application-specific requirements.

    LLT guides feature a four-row arrangement of balls with 45º contact angle between rolling elements and raceways. This X-arrangement optimizes load sharing in all four main load directions to accommodate high loads and moment loads, improves the system’s self-aligning capability, and promotes high levels of stiffness, strength, and accuracy. The arrangement further compensates for mounting deviations, even under preload, contributing to smooth running performance under a variety of operating conditions. 

    Guides are available in sizes 15-45, six different carriage types, rail sizes from 80mm-4000mm, and with a variety of preload and precision classes, mounting configurations, and accessories. They can resist temperatures up to 100ºC, achieve speeds up to 3 m/s, and provide load carrying capacity from 8400 N to 128500 N. Fully sealed carriages reduce friction and enhance protection for internal components.

    LLT guides are supplied ready-to-mount and are factory pre-lubricated. Lubricant reservoirs constantly relubricate the circulating balls, eliminating any need for relubrication and associated maintenance for the life of the guide.
