Needing multi-user support when accessing one database manager simultaneously
Note: You must download the appropriate database manager installation manual from the Download files section in the right column of this page ("Installation manual for SQL database" or "Installation manual for Oracle database"). The Oracle database installation and configuration requires the use of a third party utility and therefore should only be performed by your IT/DBA personnel.
Download and installation instructions
- Exit the Asset Management Support Tool application and perform necessary data backup procedures.
- Download the maintenance release file from the Download files section in the right column of this page ("SKF Asset Management Support Tool MR2").
- Open the downloaded zip file and double-click on the maintenance release file.
- Follow the installation wizard prompts to complete the installation.
Additional installation instructions will be displayed during installation.
